if you or anyone else has interest, there's a program specific that you can borrow the lot for growing food. put up a temporary fence, maintain the land, it's yours to use.
i haven't found a local thing to get multiple plots, pay north city people to take care of it, and sell local food to the locally-harvested restaurants. seems like an easy win-win-win if someone knew how to get the pieces in place.

you can lease acres of north city land from the city for $1 as long as you don't build a permanent structure.
imagine what could be if the city weren't needing to find something to do with their land.

I have no problem turning that into surface parking for a new stadium. If development opportunities come along in the future, develop.
