…which do sit on the market as it was massively overbuilt. They were sitting empty before covid and usually about 50% purchased by foreign investors looking for a space to store cash. My neighborhood and other residential neighborhoods…recently listed prices are coming back up but never went that far off peaks to start with. Average list to close time is still under a month. I think that article takes a picture of downtown and extrapolates it to the city as a whole and I don’t find that to be completely true.
