Hey Barry! Thanks for the offer but I want to exhaust my options w/ MySpace before I cause any trouble with the band. They wrote me in January "demanding" I give them the URL, pretended to have copywritten the name (which is impossible to do) and I told them, as politely and firmly as possible, that I wasn't interested in giving up the URL. They offered me money for it and I declined. They're out in California and play an entirely different kind of music but its the ethics of the matter that piss me off! And, by "stole", I should say they modified my logo for their MySpace page. Mine is:

Upon further inspection, it looks like they only use this logo on their splash page, not in any of the other material they have, so maybe they hired a graphic designer who used my logo as "inspiration". Regardless, I'm frustrated.
