I just read the original article Beau posted on the ride home (I clipped it for reading on my ipod..), I guess it hits a lot of the same points, just within a slightly different frame.
The notion of "the president, beholden to his power" is interesting, and makes a lot of sense to me.
But just because the poop is a perfect map of 16th century Brussels doesn't mean it don't stink.
