See NYT page one October "Brother of Afghan Leader Said to Be Paid by CIA".
And what effect will this revelation have on CIA activities? As in the past, none. It won't get into print, but CIA will now say, well, you better give us some more money so we can get better sub-agents; and, as in the past, they'll get the money.
Hi Casey! Did you read the article? Sadly, Obama's efforts to continue/expand the government's previous military/security powers aren't just minor things, they are major policies, aggressively pursued. I'm not saying it's too late for Obama to change and make changes - the Nobel prize certainly should give him pause and might be a goad - it's just that from the moment he took office he has sought to expand military/security powers.
