Yellow Box Wiggle Wart

Last weekend I banged my oldest crankbait off my buddies outboard and it went into a thousand pieces. What I am looking for:

Crawfish pattern, clear bill, yellow eyes, white and orange belly. Any thoughts? Does anyone know the actual color name or where I can find them? Thanks
