Custom Lure painters -- referrals

Can anyone out there refer me to a top notch custom painter that has a reasonable turn around time?
What should be the norm for a wait time? Right now I have been promised lures for 6 months that have been sitting at a custom painters shop.
I would appreciate referrals. Thanks Gary
