bluegrass teacher wanted!

hi--i have a friend looking for bluegrass instruction for guitar. he wants a continuing program or something longer than a few months--something similar to college courses. so far we have found a great program at south plains college in levelland, tx but i'd like to find something in oklahoma. do you have any suggestions? thanks!
