Posted by dan Free Live Music A Day long Jam Session for anyone who loves music. The purpose of this festival is simply for the enjoyment of playing the guitar. This is not a competition. It is a way to learn from each other, and to meet other people who love to play. Whether you have played in front of thousands, or only for yourself, if you have been playing for 30 years or 30 days, you are invited to come and jam with us. A concert will be held the evening of the festival. All are invited and encouraged to play in the final jam at the concert. There will be segments in the concert were individual musicians can perform. This an excellent time to perform orignial tunes, or cover songs. There is no cost to play and participate or just listen and enjoy the concert. This is a family event, so we urge no alcohol, drugs etc. Although this is a guitar festival, we also are looking for singers and other musicians to participate in the concert.
