THE RENO REVIVAL 2004 Banjo Camp is taking applications now!
Dont miss this opportunity to get the best instruction in 5 string banjo pickin with Don Wayne Reno. Classes being held in Nashville Tennessee are filling up quickly due to the overwelming interest in this classic style taught by one of the best 5 string pickers in America, Don Wayne Reno.
If you are a banjo player, a Don Reno fan, or both, you will be interested in joining us for this informative 4-day banjo camp. It will be held at Lebanon State Park, in Lebanon Tennessee.
Our main focus will be the many aspects of Don Reno Style including single string picking, D-tuning, the brush technique and many others.
You will be taught by some of the foremost Reno-style authourities and stylists. We will be paying tribute to the Don Reno and Bill Harrell years.
In the past we focused more on Reno & Smiley. Many of the instrumental songs are from this era and we will be teaching many of them.
So tune up the 5-string and tighten up the hide..come on
to the revival and have a pickin good time !!!
