1. Drug test results are confidential so unless you've been shown the paperwork (a Federal crime) I would not be so sure about the five others. Even if you heard it from the source it could be BS for a good story.
2. If you came up for a random (administered by a third party, not your company) you have to take the test no matter what your boss knows. Otherwise it goes down as a refusal to test with the same consequence.
3. Most companies offer an evaluation and counseling option for a first offense. If you have a prior bust or record of one from another employer, yout toast. Of course, a ####up is always the last know what they are, so they have gotten tired of dropping hints and you gave them the perfect reason to ditch you.
4. If there is a legitimate pay problem you have state and federal resources that are free. Save your lawyer money for bail after a possession charge.
5. (And most important). Put down the ####ing pipe or get out of the business. If you're too immature to make that simple decision, you're too immature to be on a job where others depend on you for their safety. Don't give me the crap about I only smoke on my own time. You're not 100% until your brain drops into final drive a couple months after you quit for good.
