What you do is nut up and pay the piper. You likely knew that your employer had a zero tolerance policy and yet you still behaved like a turd and risked your livelihood. It's just like a turd to whine about the other guys. Are you guilty? Sounds like the answer is yes. Then grow the hell up, clean your crap up and go get another job.
If you can't do that then your not smart enough to be a diver. I recommend McDonalds.
