you know for a fact that the others failed and were not terminated or disciplined? If so then the question is what makes you different? If it's gender, age, race, etc. You may want to contact the state EEOC and discuss your situation with them.
As for holding your paycheck, not giving you a earnings statement and the discrepencies in your W-2. Call the IRS hotline and report the problems and the wage discrepency, the IRS will investigate and you may get a percentage of any monies the IRS collects if they determine that the company acted inappropriately.
You may want to contact the state Legal Aid Society or Catholic Charities both have lawyers that work pro bono or on a sliding fee scale.
FYI- In these difficult economic times jobs are getting harder to come by and it with probably remain that way for a while. If you have a drug abuse problem your health insurance through the company may pay for treatment, you should have the option to COBRA the insurance usually for 18 months after you leave the co.
