Are you absolutely sure it is a false pregnancy unless of course she was never with a male? I may have missed something in a previous post, but to my knowledge, we have never had one that went through a falsey in such a magnitude that they actually produce milk! Those are some strong hormones if she is not pregnant! I would not say anything is wrong if the milk is not bad. Without nursing she will dry up and go about her doggie business like nothing ever happened.
