Ok so i moved to germany recently well 3 months ago,and every since my boy has been peeing on his tummy and front legs.Yesterday he made it all the way to his ear."true story".I have no idea on how to get him to stop.He has stopped pooping out side for the most part.I will take him for a walk and he will come in and poop on the floor.He has not done that since well ever. I need help.My hard wood floors can take much more.
