Hi Becky, I have not been on the commputer much over the past few days, just check mail and on and off. I did see your post and kept forgetting to go and look at our certificate. I do remember applying late fall of 2003 but could't recall exactly when we got our kennel registered. I finally got around to looking at our IOEBA kennel certificate and I see that it is dated January 7, 2004.
