You will all be welcome at BP as converted Yeds fans. You will see a totally transformed team with players (part time) who would run through a brick wall for the cause. Difficult game at Hunslet this weekend but a home game against Cornwall should see us rack up a cricket score. The point of this post is to repeat that you don't get promoted by signing players (usually cast offs) from other teams in your league. Whenever Latics have unearthed a gem in years gone by they have sold them for peanuts. That's why the standard has consistently fallen. In the meantime money has been wasted on a new stand, new pitch etc. etc. and still no reserve team. The club is bereft of sensible management and whereas everyone should be grateful to the Rothwells, a prudent businessman would have put the club up for sale months ago. It's rather like pouring water into a bucket with a hole in it. The more you pour in the faster it comes out. I can only feel sorry for Frank but as someone said I just hope he isn't being used by people to give them a job that no other club would.
