Shez was different, he knows his way round the game but had nothing to work with.
It's ok for the writers on here to say don't play player A, or the most cited example. Gerrard and Clarke. Shez is on the training ground he sees these people every day. We see them maybe twice a week for 90 mins. They may be the best we have got. In which case he would have to pick them.
Same with a goalie, we have to have one but his choice was limited to two not very good ones and latterly one who we know nothing about (unless you watch German football in France as I do).
The blinkered see a bad team made up of poor players. I know this, the write it on here every week but fail see that 11 bad players cannot be made into a winning team even by a master tactician.
Mark my words, when we appoint a new man, he won't be who they want!
