We are different because we are not a travel company nor are we an agency. We have grouped together in a limited partnership to provide nursing services to several accute care facilities. Being a partner allows you to recieve pre-tax money for you efforts. It behooves you to make a C-Corp the partner and then you can be an employee of your C-Corp. This gives you control of you tax and professional destiny. It also allows you to tap into any benefits the partneship chooses to partake in. One example is the health insurance plan we chose. Blue Cross/Blue Shield administered from Hawaii where there is no age limitations, pre-existing conditions and the rate is $230 for single. All of the premiums can be paid for by your C-Corp as a 100% deduction in addition to your C-Corp having a medical reimbursement plan to reimburse you for any medical expenses not covered by the plan. That makes all your medical 100% tax deductable. Your C-Corp can create a corporate pension, which can be borrowed from etc. The best part of the partnership is the profit sharing. If you bring a contract into the partnership through your connections, the partnership will give you 3% of the gross invoice of each and every nurse to work that contract. That could be $100 to $160 per week per nurse. And finally you are part owner of the company. As the company grows in value so do your shares in the company.
