However, the NPA model shows that the key to understanding the genetics of aggression is identification of the gene (genes) that inhibit the trait of aggression and inhibit expression of the A rage, which is, after all, what permits the existence of the non-aggressive N and NP character types that we encounter on a daily basis.
Following the example of aggression, one can only hope that when sanguinity is eventually discovered by researchers, they are not going to make the mistake of concentrating on how the trait is expressed. Rather they need to identify the gene by which sanguinity (and the N rage) is inhibited, which is, after all, what permits the existence of the non-sanguine A and PA character types of the human species.
