p1DR4 : My paternal aunt ... Both this Aunt and my grandmother seem to mimic sanguine facial expressions well so this might be why I was confused, but PA is a safe bet. I'm told this aunt adopted the goth style when she was an adolescent so I guess some goths really are nonsanguine...

I would suspect that sanguine (pseudo-aggressive) Goths, despite their nihilistic bent, secretly enjoy the attention that they attract. Non-sanguine, punky Goths would have a more sinister demeanor and would be more dismissive of any such notice.
