In NPA viewpoint, one can recognize "novelty seekers" because they like to be out and about, to be extraverted, to be fast moving, to be friend seeking, to love company and a crowd. Those without novelty seeking are more likely A- types, quiet types, studious types, living in intellectual pursuits more than in social pursuits.
