a math question

If one accepts the idea that 50% of human behavior is highly generically controlled and 40% chance or random events, and 10% nurture, how could oe mathematically model the prediction of events? Using weather as an example, let's say that the atmospheric conditions are the genetics part. random events are such events as the direction of a large wind blowing in the area, and nurture is human efforts to affect climate change. With this in mind, is seater forecasting highly accurate on any given day?/ I am, asa usually not framing the question well so let me try again. Let's say the event to be predated is whether an individual will marry and reproduce favorably to themselves. How would we mathematically model, the equation of how the forces would impact that?? I am not talking about something like modeling the occurrence of an event like, say having an auto accident based on the forced of behavior , randomness and safety protocols. But, have mathematical equations been used in these issues such as insurance companies efforts to look at events of their concern.
