OCPD ("obsessive-compulsive personality disorder") would mostly be the P-trait related NP character type of the model. As we know, NP types can be overly hygienic, neat and prone to repetitive "checking" to make sure things are exactly right.
I think that the OCD (pseudo-perfectionist) "obsessive-compulsive" individual, like those prone to ritualistic, compulsive hand-washing, is more in the realm of "phobias" and not related to the P trait.
It would be hard to sort this out without reference to the NPA model.
