We have previously thought that OCD, like so many labels and diagnosis in the mental health world, is a varying one. A gene often related to OCD is the long allele of the serotonin promotor and one which we have thought was a candidate gene for non-P trait. So OCD doesn't seem to be the province of P trait despite what one would guess if asked. That is one would say that one with OCD must be too perfectionistic. Not really by the NPA definition of perfectionism.
