In terms of human populations as they interface, we seem to see that those populations with higher A trait will tend to push out those with lower A trait. I think of First Peoples of North (and maybe South America to a lesser extent. But in the case of Australia, the indigenous people didn't seem to get pushed out as much, perhaps partly related to the indigenous people there have a higher NA mix?
However, we are dealing with just a small more recent sampling, excluding prehistory as well as remote history such as Genghis Khan,etc., so the NPA contribution may not hold over the big picture. If it does, however, there may be implications for current day Europe????
