We've heard just about all the possibilities for HRC, including NPA+, N, NPA−, PA and PA− ... and now NA.
I've always considered HRC by gestalt, and without too much thought, as a garden variety NPA+. The possibility of NA is interesting, but the gestalt would be a stretch, and it would take some convincing family evidence to show that the P trait could not be present. Here, the transmission of the NPA traits can be of aid, since NA parents "breed true", i.e., all children of two NA parents must be NA types as well.
We recently commented on the NA type as "the great imitator", and one should keep in mind that the public persona may be quite different from the private reality, as we saw recently with Lyndon Johnson:
We have noted in the past that the NPA+ type under stress can behave like an agitated NPA− type (and vice versa), which originally we called "personality splits" (see Figure 10 below from our Book, 1985, 2014). That is, there is a reversible pathway between the Dominant NPA+ and Submissive NPA− states. In this regard, below is an interesting clip of HRC:
