Spain is a very sanguine country overall. I seldom see anyone here who would fit the PA/A bill. No doubt there are some, but owing to the sheer majority of N trait many would no doubt make pains to fit in.
There is a large Russian émigré community here in Alicante. Some appear to be PA, the reserved, tall and taciturn mothers strike a contrast with the chatty and convivial Spaniards in the city parks for instance.
I visited Madrid last month. Although as a big city it was brusque and less friendly than the coastline, the people were sanguinous. I believe A trait is commoner there, manifest mostly in NA/NPA types. These seem to be attracted to the competitive rat race, and Madrid is one of the few places such a race still occurs in Espana. Chatty groups of white collar workers on short siestas zipping to and from the city centre cafes etc.
I had a mildly amusing encounter with a youngish, bald, bespectacled NP type in Atocha station. The entire row of ticketing machines were out of paper; every one we tried and failed to use had him following us to check if they were indeed empty, or merely unresponsive. After about six machines he politely gave us impeccable directions to a good, old fashioned, ticket dispensing human.
