Interestingly enough, in our simulation of moderately severe mental retardation, we found little or no trend toward A− trait (passive aggressiveness, or submissiveness) in dominant types having the A trait (A, NA, PA, NPA). In none of the simulated runs did the S score rise above 40. The implication is that there should be no overlap or confusion between dominant types with MR and the A− trait.
