I've often wondered if a simple name change of the traits would diminish some misunderstandings about the NPA theory. Perhaps calling the traits parasympathetic, sympathetic-inverted sympathetic, and focused? Haven't you noticed that most people are profoundly offended by the term Narcissistic?
