We have seen some evidence for a linkage of the Fragile X gene with Submissiveness trait: Fragile X is the most common gene associated with autism phenotype.
Here is a study involving ovarian function as modulated by the Fragile X site. The authors conclude that autoimmunity seems closely linked with the X chromosome in general and with Fragile X site specifically. Since we have observed more autoimmunity with Submissiveness (A-) trait, this would seem consistent.
