Below are results of the NPA personality test for a female subject aged 21-30 years old, bipolar disorder ; “This is a very accurate description of me... I not only have Bipolar Disorder, though, I also have OCD, ADD, Agoraphobia and I've been pregnant and had a child”

The computer output is character type NA with a maximum S score of 100. (The correlation coefficients were actually highest for NPA-/=, however this possibility was eliminated because of the high NA score).
This test underscores a common problem in the diagnosis of personality and behavioral disorders: multiple and overlapping diagnoses.
