http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/dvdy.22029/full Here in an insect model, fragile X syndrome did not seem to relate to D2-like receptors (such as drd2 and drd3 which are candidate genes for narcissism and aggression trait, respectively) although it did seem related to dopamine function (here D1 like receptors).
