I guess there are always outliers, but what about a Warren Buffett type- is he not fairly empathetic. In NPA model, we would point out that many NP (quiet achiever Abraham Lincoln types) are very shrewd businessmen with their attention to detail and desire for competition (like John D. Rockefeller) and possibly Warren Buffett is in this category. On the other hand Goldman Sach's CEO seems NA/NPA or N to me and not very empathetic at all: "We do God's work.":
