Well, here's a video to analyze for perfectionistic gesturing- Sir David Frost and Alan Dershowitz both are NPA. We see the eyeblinking when concentrating on something someone has told them as if their internal computer is registering in sync with their eyes. We see a rather deadpan or serious expression, a certain concentration. We see some rhythmic rocking toward the camera. We see a certain slight tilt forward to the head during this rocking. The lack of frequent smiling is a feature as well except in very special social circumstances when the smile is high wattage (as with Lou Dobbs, for example).

Another gesture of perfectionistic people is a gesture of hands while speaking where hands are held inwardly slightly open and elbows moderately close together- as if holding a basketball.
I'll keep looking for some wincing people- I suspect wincing may be more common in NPA-, like Nic Roberson:

Here's Bob Dole, a study in perfectionistic gesturing- slight subtle wincing at times.

but we see it (in the shoulders) also in NPs like Leiberman

For comparison, here's the relaxed John Edwards.
