This would be consistent with our thinking that there are probably very many genes that interact by epistasis with DRD3/Ser/Ser.
In our original exposition, we thought that that the gene for trait A, or a gene interacting with that gene by epistasis, was on chromosome 6, related to the HLA genes. This might still turn out to be true. Here is a study implicating aggression:
