I think we looked at this abstract before, but it's worth looking at again as we now posit that DAT is associated with Narcissism trait. And consistent with that, here non-Aggression (DRD3 gly/gly or ser/gly) interacted with the dopamine transporter variant encoding non-Narcissism (non-9/10) to show in increase in the schizophrenia risk in this Spanish population.
While there would be no individuals who had complete lack of expression, including completely penetrate, genetics for both narcissism and aggression, we should see just what this study showed, increases in schizophrenia when genes tending toward expression of both non-N and non-A are present.
