Thank you Nicole. I have one remark to your posting.
The owner of the Waterwitch ship besides Ashton was her lover Lamar Powell - not Bent - a figure left out in the t.v. series, while Bent in the books would not have been able to attract to Ashton physically ;-)
And: yes, Cooper had two children, Judah (died at the Waterwitch accident) and Marie-Louise.
