Burning CD with mp3 - recording levels

I am burning music CDs with mp3s, and would like to figure out a way to keep the "recording level" consistent from song to song. I have tried GoldWave and BlazeAudio audio editors, but no luck. Is there any easy way to do this? I use EasyCD Creator typically.
