Posted by michael on May 5, 2005, 6:50 am There are two types of noise, which can, if we let it, interfere with our concentration, OUTER NOISE, the external sounds around us and INNER NOISE, the never ending chatter that goes on inside of our minds. They can both be very distracting to the point of disturbing our thought path, resulting in us not being as focused and disciplined, as we would like to be. If we can learn how to control and live with the noise around us then we can become far more productive in our daily life. See separate articles on both inner and outer noise techniques. The trick is to accept that the noise is part of our daily existence and know that it has a right to be here. Its also something we often dont have control over so if you can master being in control of your own destiny by mastering the art of noise control you will achieve greater success in all areas of your life. There are also many other types of noise that we have around us as well. Negative thought is a noise, which alters our productiveness; People who are positive tend to be far more productive than those who are negative. Confusion around us and in our lives is a form of noise, which doesnt allow us to be focused on what is important to us. Its when we have al those loose ends, which clutter our mind. Untidiness and physical clutter around us is a form of noise, which takes our attention from important, issues we re working on. Unpleasant surroundings to the eye also interfere with our productivity, its important to feel in harmony with our space and surrounding. There are many areas of our life where noise of some type or another can interfere with our daily productivity and are well worth looking at. Link: Daily Horoscope
