Need repair manual for 1978 Johnson 175hp motor

I have a 1978 Johnson 175 hp motor that I can not get started, had work done on it last year, but the person never got it started. The wirting in the motor looks like it is not hooked up at all, and don't know how to hook it up. Please Help!
