Here we go...
A blanket statement about a brand can be misleading. Often as brands went their into declining years quality, materials, workmanship deteriorated. For example, after roughly 1930 Moore was one of those brands. But prior to that they were top line. There's nothing second tier about these Tuscan's from 1925.
