Styles J. Kauphmann - Open Masterclass in Solo Improvisation

Styles J. Kauphmann leads three talented musicians in an exploration of solo improvisation, its practices, techniques, and challenges.
This will be an informal event, with the opportunity for audience discussion.
Kauphmann is a composer and clarinettist, violinist & vocalist. He was born in South Africa in 1983, raised in Botswana & the United Kingdom, and educated at Cambridge & in Berlin.
He will perform on solo violin at the Norwegian Church on Saturday 11 October 2008, 7.30pm.
