Account Manager
CARMA International is a world leader and innovator in analysing media worldwide for major multinationals. We consult at board level for the world's largest organisations. We conduct primary and secondary research in over 20 languages and 40 countries and advise our clients on how to improve the presentation of their reputations globally.
We have an opening for a senior (Norwegian mother tongue or equivalent) account/project manager with three-five years’ experience in a communications’ field – preferably media, or public relations – to work on one of our accounts – a prestigious Norwegian firm.
Account managers play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of one or more accounts on behalf of some of the most important businesses on the planet, and are given the opportunity to become experts on clients’ businesses and industry sectors.
The key element of the job is to maintain and develop excellent client relationships, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest possible standards. Additionally, the post holder will ensure all project management processes are fully set-up and managed and that excellent relationships are maintained with external actors – media researchers, analysts – and colleagues.
The position calls for a person who can combine the intellectual rigour required by in-depth data analysis and the strategic skills to interpret this into value-added consultancy. The ability to write and proof business English is essential. Of great importance is a desire to make a real difference in your professional life; something we always strive to do for our clients.
