To provide quotation and technical support assistance to Sales Managers for specific territory customers, this is to include liaison commercially and financially within both the customer base and internal departments. Business Coordinator will assist in the facilitation of account team management alongside the sales manager responsible, and also to foster strong communications, partnership and direction with account planners.
Analyse and process customer enquiries, both technical and commercial, and quotations, working with internal sales and technical departments and provide professional response to the customer.
Control and resolve QC customer issues that require resolution within the sales area.
Creation of pro-forma invoices and completion of terms prior to shipments.
Maintain strategic customer profiles for use and reporting on monthly basis.
Acts as "conscience of organisation" with respect to assisting sales managers with specific customer decisions with the provision of data and recent trend analysis.
Create / Follow up cancellations and supplementary invoice requests.
Assist in provision of information to the customer base on consolidation of shipments and completion of customer requests.
Deliver at the customer request any required documentation to enable shipment of products, i.e nameplates, certificates of origin, test documentation, drawings and technical documentation.
Co-ordination of financial payments. Completion of customer scheduling in line with Reserve slot processing. Customer visit schedule in line with sales manager requests.
Essential Skills: - Technical education - Videregående skole (Technical College).
- Self starter, ability to multi task and meet a varied range of commitments.
- Experience in supporting external/internal customers.
- Excellent communication skills, present mature response to the customer and interact professionally both internally and externally.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on own initiative.
- Attention to detail required, alongside strong organisational skills.
- Fluent in Norwegian and communicative in English.
- IT Proficiency required, computer skills Data Analysis Skills
