Proudfoot Consulting, an international management consulting firm specialised in delivering performance improvement projects for its blue chip companies, is currently looking to hire a Norwegian speaking process consultant based in the UK.
The job description:
Objective
To ensure the measurable business process improvement and implementation needed for success in our clients’ organisations, Proudfoot Consulting’s Business Delivery teams work on the clients’ premises in clearly defined areas.
Our process consultants work closely with client personnel in the design, installation and sustainability of improved business practices and employee and management behaviours.
Areas of responsibility
• Accurately analyse work processes, systems, organisational function and structures using interviews, observation, data and statistical analysis studies and techniques to determine where and how to generate measurable improvements
• Train client individuals and task forces in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem solving and team building and consensus development skills, to install the appropriate application of the Co Venture methodology
• Prepare and conduct meetings and one-on-one interfaces with client and colleagues to ensure the job responsibilities are met and assume the appropriate roles of counsellor, facilitator, co-leader, presenter and/or trainer as required by the situation
• Prepare written and oral feedback, presentation materials, critiques, systems documentation, process descriptions, evaluations, data summaries and reports using the appropriate company templates
• Initiate innovative solutions where required and work closely with colleagues and project management to ensure they are installed for the most effective impact, communicating and co-ordinating those efforts within the disciplines of the company.
