This role will involve outbound sales call handling. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Call Handling Handle calls in an efficient and professional manner in order to provide information to customers and to generate sales. Sales Generation Achieve sales and retention related targets in accordance with ICT and client targets. CORE COMPETENCIES: Work experience: Experience in a commercial environment is necessary or a strong desire to adapt these skills and a natural flair for sales. Languages: You must be fluent in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, as well as English Education: G.C.S.E. or equivalent. Results Focus: Sets high work standards for self and demonstrates drive to meet targets. Teamwork: Contributes actively to a working environment in which colleagues work co-operatively with each other, accepting collective responsibility.
