In all seriousness check the link below. Its for The Source, surf shop at Sunabe seawall. Sorry it's all in Japanese but just divide the price in Yen by 100 and it'll give you a close amount in dollars (current rate of exchange is 105 yen to 1 dollar). As far as surf goes, summer sucks on the west coast side unless there's a typhoon in the immediate area. East coast isn't to bad. Winter is best for both coasts.
