I was going to Maeda to work on my tan,
without the knowledge of Torii Reef's plan.
The day was beautiful, but after a couple of stops,
I began to feel some small rain drops.
A look to the south revealed a sky turning black,
so I called for a weather report for a plan of attack.
My calls went unaswered to my dismay,
so I pulled up my anchor and headed into the fray.
The sky began dumping, visibility was zero.
I thought, "I can do this." and be my kids hero.
Nav lights were on, the boat was on track,
until my GPS and depth sounder went black.
A glance at my compass and a check of the wind,
told me I needed to head west once again.
The water changed suddenly from blue into green,
and with a thump and a bang, shut down my machine.
My GPS rebooted a little too late,
for Torii Reef had already sealed my fate.
I limped back to port for my final stop...
Does anyone have a spare prop?
