Rod,

Joe from Melbourne here; couple places to pick up bards, but expect a higher price than states. Source at Sunabe is owned by an American (Scott) who has decent prices. Some of the on-base scuba shops have boards (Torii Station, for sure) and of course there are several JPN shops. It's a matter if you want a name-brand, a local board or price conscious. Good luck and Get Wet!
